The invention relates to a stay cable single-time synchronous tensioning device, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction, the tensioning device comprises more than two layers of tensioning assemblies, and each layer of tensioning assembly is used for tensioning a layer of stay cable; each layer of tensioning assembly comprises a PLC, a power device, a plurality of pairs of centerhole jacks and a plurality of pressure sensors, and each pair of center hole jacks are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the anchor beam. The power device is used for controlling all the center hole jacks; the plurality of pressure sensors are mounted on the center hole jack one by one; the PLC is connected with all the pressure sensors and the power device, and the PLC controls the center hole jacks to synchronously tension the multiple layers of stay cables. The invention further discloses a tensioning method of the stay cable single-time synchronous tensioning device. The stay cable single-time synchronous tensioning device solves the technical problems that in the multi-cable-surface multi-layer stay cable tensioning process in the prior art, the number of process conversion times is large, the construction efficiency is low, cable force tensioning is unbalanced, and the tensioning precision is poor.
