Stay cable tensioning system
The stay cable tensioning system comprises a force measuring assembly, a tensioning part and a driving assembly, a tensioning space is formed in the force measuring assembly, and an anchor cup nut is arranged in the tensioning space; the tensioning part is arranged on the force measuring assembly and used for tensioning the anchor cup body so that the anchor cup body and the anchor cup nut can be anchored, and the force measuring assembly is further used for measuring counter force applied to the force measuring assembly when the tensioning part is tensioned; the driving assembly is connected with the anchor cup nut and electrically connected with the force measuring assembly. According to the anchor cup, the tensioning space is arranged in the force measuring assembly, the force measuring assembly and the tensioning piece are integrated together, and a pressure sensor independently arranged on the anchor cup body is replaced, so that the size of the tensioning space does not need to be increased to allow the pressure sensor to penetrate through; the force measuring assembly can measure the counter force applied to the force measuring assembly in real time when the tensioning piece is tensioned, and the measuring accuracy is improved.
