The device comprises a drill bit rod provided with a guniting channel and a nozzle, a drill bit arranged at one end of the drill bit rod andprovided with a cutting tool bit, stirring blades arranged on the drill bit rod, wherein spoilers are arranged on the position, between the drill bit and the stirring blades, of the drill bit rod, the spoilers move up and down along with the drill bit rod and does not rotate along with the drill bit rod.
