The invention discloses a micro-disturbance cutting, stirring and grouting system. The micro-disturbance cutting, stirring and grouting system comprises a slurry storage device, a grouting pump and acutting, grouting and stirring assembly which sequentially communicate through pipelines, wherein the cutting, grouting and stirring assembly comprises a drill rod, a cutting and stirring drill bit, astirring drill and a power head; the upper end of the drill rod is connected with an output pipeline of the grouting pump through a fluid director; the cutting and stirring drill bit is connected with the lower end of the drill rod; the stirring drill comprises a machine body and a stand column connected with the machine body; the power head is connected with the stand column of the stirring drill in a sliding mode and provided with a drill rod holding device; and the fluid director, the drill rod and the cutting and stirring drill bit are correspondingly provided with a through slurry spraying channel. The micro-disturbance cutting, stirring and grouting system is characterized in that the drill rod comprises an inner hexagonal connecting end at the lower end, a drill rod slurry sprayingchannel, a drill rod body and an outer hexagonal connecting end at the upper end, the inner hexagonal connecting end at the lower end is connected with the cutting and stirring drill bit, the outer hexagonal connecting end at the upper end is connected with the fluid director, the drill rod slurry spraying channel is communicated with the fluid director through a pipeline, and the surface of thedrill rod body comprises at least two evenly-arranged planes.
