The invention discloses a continuous hammering type pile driver. The driver comprises a fixing frame, a sliding seat, a clamping sleeve and a pile body, wherein a sliding groove is vertically formed in the fixing frame, one side of the sliding seat is slidably embedded in the sliding groove, the clamping sleeve is installed at the bottom of the sliding seat, and the pile body is clamped in the clamping sleeve, and the driver further comprises a releasing mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a lifting mechanism and an unloading assembly. According to the continuous hammering type pile driver, aplurality of counterweight blocks used for hammering the pile body are arranged therein, the counterweight blocks after freely falling are continuously lifted to a high position by utilizing the lifting mechanism, then the counterweight blocks at the high position are pushed into limiting plates by using the unloading assembly to be released again, so that continuous hammering on the pile body isachieved, and compared with a conventional hammering mode of reciprocating lifting and releasing of a single counterweight block, a hammering interval of the driver is greatly shortened, so that the pile driving efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种连续锤击式打桩机,包括固定架、滑动座、夹套和桩体,所述固定架内竖直开设有滑槽,所述滑动座一侧滑动嵌设在滑槽内,所述滑动座底部安装有夹套,所述夹套内卡设有桩体,还包括释放机构、排出机构、提升机构和卸载组件。该连续锤击式打桩机中设置有多个用于锤击桩体的配重块,利用提升机构将自由落体后的配重块持续提升至高处,再利用卸载组件将高处的配重块推入限位板中再次释放,从而实现对桩体的连续性锤击,相比传统的单个配重块往复提升释放的锤击方式,其锤击间隔大大缩短,从而有效提升打桩效率。
