The invention discloses a line burying device for water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The line burying device comprises a first shell body, wherein two first rod bodies are symmetrically andfixedly connected to the inner side wall of the bottom of the first shell body, two wheels are rotationally connected to the outer side walls of the first rod bodies through two first bearings, a second shell body is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the first shell body through a first fixing bolt, first plate bodies are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the bottom of the second shell body, and second rod bodies are rotationally connected to the inner side walls of the two first plate bodies through second bearings. According to the line burying device, through the matched arrangement of structures such as a motor, a second transmission wheel and coulters, grooving can be carried out on the ground; through the matched arrangement of structures such as second roller bodies,second supporting rods and fourth bearings, unwinding work can be carried out; and through the arrangement of a fifth shell body, soil filling and line burying work can be carried out, and therefore,work such as soil digging, unwinding, and line burying can be carried out at the same time, the construction time is greatly shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
