The invention discloses a pre-embedded punching-resisting steel base in reinforced concrete slabs. The pre-embedded punching-resisting steel base comprises a plurality of support posts, punching-resisting slabs, an embedded part layer and a profiled steel sheet with a convex surface and a concave surface, wherein the support posts are arranged in parallel in a certain gap spacing manner and form two support bodies, the two support bodies are arranged in parallel on the convex surface of the profiled steel sheet, each punching-resisting slab is welded to the waist of the corresponding support post, the profiled steel sheet and the punching-resisting slabs are pre-embedded in the embedded part layer, and the top ends of the support posts extend outside the embedded part layer. According to the height of the embedded part layer, adjustment can be performed, and the pre-embedded punching-resisting steel base is high in engineering adaptability. Each punching-resisting slab is arranged on the corresponding H-shaped support post, so that the condition that the structure is destroyed by punching can be effectively avoided, the dimension of a support slab at the bottom can be set accordingto the model of the profiled steel sheet, the pre-embedded punching-resisting steel base is flexible and easy to operate, the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the pre-embedded punching-resisting steel base is economic-saving, safe and reliable.
