The invention discloses a building roof ventilation structure and a building ventilation system.The building roof ventilation structure comprises a roof plate, a plurality of purlines and a mechanical exhaust assembly, the surface, facing the interior of a room, of the roof plate is locally sunken to form an air duct, and the purlines are arranged below the roof plate and support the lower surface of the roof plate; the multiple purlines are arranged in the extending direction of the air flue at intervals, a partition area is formed between every two adjacent purlines, the air flue sequentially penetrates through the multiple partition areas, the mechanical exhaust assembly comprises an exhaust machine and an air suction pipe, an air suction port of the air suction pipe extends into one of the multiple partition areas, and the exhaust machine is used for driving the air suction port to suck air. According to the building roof ventilation structure, the air ducts on the lower surfaces of the roof plates penetrate through all the partition areas, so that corresponding ventilation equipment does not need to be arranged for all the partition areas, the number of the ventilation equipment is reduced, and the pipeline layout is simplified.
