Mounting method for ventilating tube
The invention discloses a mounting method for a ventilating tube. The mounting method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a wall body to form an air duct pipeline, and reserving operationholes in the side walls of the air duct pipeline; S2, connecting ventilating tube joints to define ventilating tube sections; S3, dropping the ventilating tube sections into the air duct pipeline; S4,repeating steps S2 and S3, and communicating and fixing adjacent two ventilating tube sections through the operation holes until the upper end opening of the ventilating tube section above is positioned in the upper end opening of the air duct channel; S5, sealing the operation holes, and pouring and sealing the operation holes; and S6, dismounting an outer side moulding board during pouring, thereby accomplishing mounting of the ventilating tube. In the mounting method, a wall body part of the ventilating tube is firstly constructed, and the ventilating tube is then mounted, so that construction of the wall body and construction of other building structures are performed at the same time, and therefore, construction period schedule is convenient; and while a house main body structure isconstructed for sealing or certain middle layer is not constructed on the position within short time, the ventilating tube is re-constructed and mounted, so that a normal construction period is not interred.
本发明公开了一种通风管的安装方法，包括以下步骤：S1.施工墙体形成风管通道，在风管通道的侧壁上预留操作孔；S2.将若干通风管节连接形成通风管段；S3.将该通风管段下放入风管通道中；S4.重复步骤S2、S3，并通过操作孔将上下相邻的两通风管段连通固定，直至最上方的通风管段的上端口位于风管通道的上端口处；S5.对各操作孔封模并将各操作孔浇筑封堵；S6.拆除浇筑时的外侧模板，完成通风管的安装。本发明的安装方法中，先施工通风管的墙体部分，后安装通风管，墙体的施工可和其它建筑结构的施工一同进行，便于工期安排，在房屋主体结构施工到封顶的时候或者中间某一层后短时间内该位置不会施工的时候，再施工安装通风管，这样不会干扰到正常工期。
