PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating structure that can enhance a sound insulation effect inside and outside a building and restrain outside air from blowing into a room.SOLUTION: A ventilating structure 1A comprises: an outdoor communication passage 10 formed in an outer wall 3; an indoor communication passage 20 formed in an inner wall material 4; a first chamber 30 that communicates with the outdoor communication passage 10; a second chamber 40 that communicates with the indoor communication passage 20; and an intermediate chamber 50 provided between the first chamber 30 and the second chamber. In addition, the ventilating structure 1A comprises: a first connection passage 60 that causes the inside of the first chamber 30 to communicate with the inside of the intermediate chamber 50; and a second connection passage 70 that causes the inside of the intermediate chamber 50 to communicate with the inside of the second chamber 40.
