Environment-friendly flame-retardant baseboard and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly flame-retardant baseboard. The environment-friendly flame-retardant baseboard comprises a baseboard body. The front surface of the baseboard body is sequentially provided with a first bearing cambered surface, a decorative cambered surface, a second bearing cambered surface, a third bearing cambered surface, a fourth bearing cambered surface and a transition surface from top to bottom. The bottom of the baseboard body is provided with a first fixing groove, the top of the baseboard body is provided with a clamping groove, a second fixing groove,a third fixing groove and a fourth fixing groove are sequentially formed below the clamping groove, and the baseboard body is internally provided with a plurality of reinforcing grooves. The inventionfurther provides a preparation process of the environment-friendly flame-retardant baseboard. The process includes the following steps of A) material mixing, B) high-temperature water removal, C) granulating, D) forming, E) sizing, F) cooling and G) cutting. Compared with the prior art, the environment-friendly flame-retardant baseboard is simple in structure, reasonable in design, high in structural strength, and environmentally friendly. In addition, the environment-friendly flame-retardant baseboard has good flame retardant performance.
本发明公开了一种环保阻燃的踢脚线,包括踢脚线本体,所述踢脚线本体的正面从上到下依次设有第一承接弧面、装饰弧面、第二承接弧面、第三承接弧面、第四承接弧面和过渡面,所述踢脚线本体的底部设有第一固定槽,所述踢脚线本体的顶部设有卡接槽,所述卡接槽下方依次设有第二固定槽、第三固定槽和第四固定槽,所述踢脚线本体内部设有若干加固槽,本发明还公开了一种环保阻燃的踢脚线的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:A)混料、B)高温除水、C)造粒、D)成型、E)定型、F)冷却和G)切割,与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,设计合理,结构强度较高,对环境友好,此外,本发明还具有良好的阻燃性能。
