The preparation process of the environment-friendly and flame-retardant door frame line comprises the following steps: A) material mixing; B) high temperature water removal; C) prilling; D) molding; E) shaping; and F) cooling. Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple structure, reasonable design, and environment-friendly and flame-retardant characteristics. In addition, the invention also has good decoration and structural strength.
