The fastening system for the concrete rectangular column forms comprises fastening frames, a connecting mechanism, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, a second fixing mechanism and a first fixing mechanism; multiple fastening frames are arranged; the connecting mechanism is used for keeping multiple fixed frames relatively fixed; and the fastening frames are provided with fastening channels, the calibers of the fastening channels are adjustable, and the fastening channels are used for fastening the forms. The system and the method have the following effects that 1, the fastening systemfor the concrete rectangular column forms has the advantage that the concrete rectangular column forms are not prone to deforming; 2, the forms with different sizes can be fastened by the fastening frames, so that the universality is high; and 3, the wholes of the concrete rectangular column forms are stressed by uniform abutting force, so that the concrete rectangular column forms are relativelyflat, and the side walls of the formed concrete columns are relatively flat.
