The invention discloses hollow block grouting reinforcement equipment. The equipment comprises a grouting shell and a grouting mechanism used for grouting hollow blocks, wherein the grouting shell isof a cuboid structure, and the grouting mechanism is installed in the grouting shell; the grouting mechanism comprises a discharging pipe installed on the grouting shell, an avoiding opening is formedin one side wall of the grouting shell, and the discharging pipe can stretch out of the avoiding opening of the grouting shell; and a slurry pump body is arranged at the top of the grouting shell, anelectromagnetic valve set is arranged on the wall of the slurry pump body, the slurry pump body communicates with the discharging pipe, and the slurry pump body can supply slurry to the discharging pipe. When the hollow block is grouted, the grouting shell is arranged on one side of the hollow block, the discharging pipe of the grouting mechanism is located over the hollow block, then the electromagnetic valve set is opened, slurry can flow into the discharging pipe through the slurry pump body and then flow into the hollow block through the discharging pipe, and therefore grouting operationis carried out on the hollow block.
