The invention discloses split type portable static pressure grouting reinforcement equipment and a grouting reinforcement method. The split type portable static pressure grouting reinforcement equipment comprises a penetration part and a grouting part, the penetration part comprises a power device, a penetration device and a counter-force device; the penetration device comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder for driving each penetration rod to press downwards; the power device provides power for the hydraulic oil cylinder; the counter-force device comprises a cross beam for fixing the hydraulic oil cylinder; the cross beam is erected on the ground through a plurality of telescopic supporting legs, and a sleeper is arranged between each supporting leg and the ground; a plurality of ground anchors are arranged on the parts, located on the outer sides of the supporting legs, of the cross beams and are tensioned with the ground through the ground anchors; the grouting part comprises all penetration rods and a grouting pipe arranged at the bottom of the first pressed penetration rod; and after all the grouting pipes are pressed into soil, the upper end of the last pressed penetration rod is sequentially connected with a slurry pump and a stirrer through a grouting pipeline. All devices in the injection part and the grouting part can be detached to achieve the size and weight convenient to carry, split type transportation is achieved, and carrying is more convenient.
本发明公开了分体式便携静压注浆加固设备及注浆加固方法，包括贯入部分和注浆部分；贯入部分包括动力装置、贯入装置和反力装置；贯入装置包括驱动每一贯入杆向下压的液压油缸；动力装置为液压油缸提供动力；反力装置包括固定液压油缸的横梁；横梁通过多个可伸缩的支腿架设在地面，且每一支腿与地面之间均设有枕木；横梁位于支腿外侧的部分设有多个地锚，通过地锚与地面拉紧；注浆部分包括所有贯入杆，及设置在第一根被压入的贯入杆底部的注浆管；在所有注浆管均被压入土中后，最后一根被压入的贯入杆的上端通过注浆管道依次连接泥浆泵和搅拌机。本发明中贯入部分和注浆部分中各装置可拆卸至便于携带的体积和重量、分体式运输，更加便于携带。
