The invention discloses a building non-blasting directional dismantlement method. In an urban building non-blasting dismantlement process, a special supporting rod system is adopted; and the urban building non-blasting dismantlement supporting rod system mainly comprises following assembly and dismantlement steps: a special supporting and assembly step of connecting and twisting an upper support column and a fastening regulating support column to be the shortest through fastening regulating nuts, and enabling the inclined surface of the upper support column to be in butt joint to the inclinedsurface of a lower support column; connecting a hoop plate rear plate to a hoop plate I and a hoop plate II so as to block on an inclined surface combined part of the upper support column and the lower support column; mounting a blocking plate engaged plate, a supporting slide rod, an electromagnetic coil and an electromagnetic pull rod on a hoop plate front blocking plate; connecting the hoop plate front blocking plate to the hoop plate I; and jacking the hoop plate I through a jacking bolt on the hoop plate front blocking plate. The building non-blasting directional dismantlement method disclosed by the invention can achieve the purpose of dismantling a building in a directional mode or dismantling the building according to a design way, so that dismantlement is safer, and is more time-saving and labor-saving.
