Manufacturing method of lightweight sandwich concrete steel bar truss column
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a lightweight sandwich concrete steel bar truss column, and relates to the technical field of building structures. The problems of excessive bulk density, insufficient structural connectivity, and poor fire-prevention, heat-preservation and heat-insulation performance are solved. The manufacturing method comprises the specific steps that: (1) steelbar truss column parts are made; (2) a steel bar truss column is welded; (3) an inner core is poured; (4) an internal protective layer is made; (5) an external protective layer is made; and (6) inspection is performed. The manufacturing method of the lightweight sandwich concrete steel bar truss column uses angle steel as a connection joint to enhance the connection reliability of a steel bar truss. The angle steel is internally provided with a main steel bar as a main support, so as to improve the strength of the lightweight sandwich concrete steel bar truss column. A fire protection layer of the lightweight sandwich concrete steel bar truss column is coated by a multi-layer coating method to make up for the weakness of the fire-prevention, heat-preservation, anti-corrosion and heat-insulation performance of a protective layer added in the later stage of a traditional column structure.
