Cemented filler containing fluidized bed waste incineration fly ash, and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a cemented filler containing fluidized bed waste incineration fly ash. The cemented filler comprises a cementing material and iron tailings, and the mass ratio of the cementing material to the iron tailings is 1:4; and the cementing material is prepared from, by weight, 20-90 parts of mineral slag, 5-60 parts of fluidized bed waste incineration fly ash and 6-15 parts of desulfurized gypsum. The cemented filling material can meet the high-requirement compressive strength (4-5 Mpa) for filling a goaf, can be used as a mining filling material, has the filling performance(rheology, fluidity and setting time) superior to that of cement under the same proportion, and is a good substitute for cement; and after long-term maintenance, the leaching concentration of variousheavy metal ions and soluble salts is lower than the underground III-type water quality standard. According to the cemented filler, the fluidized bed waste incineration fly ash, mineral slag and otherwaste materials are utilized, the environment-friendly purpose of waste treatment is achieved, meanwhile, the cost of the cemented filling mining technology is reduced, and the win-win situation thatwaste is used for treating waste and green filling is achieved.
本发明涉及一种含流化床垃圾焚烧飞灰的胶结填充料,包括胶凝材料和铁尾砂,所述胶凝材料和铁尾砂的质量比为1:4;所述胶凝材料按重量份数计包括以下原料:矿渣20‑90份,流化床垃圾焚烧飞灰5‑60份,脱硫石膏6‑15份。该胶结填充料可满足充填采空区的高要求的抗压强度(4~5Mpa),可用于采矿充填料,其充填性能(流变、流动度、凝结时间)在同等配比下优于水泥,是水泥的良好替代品;经长期养护后,多种重金属离子和易溶盐浸出浓度低于地下Ⅲ类水质标准。该胶结填充料利用了流化床垃圾焚烧飞灰和矿渣等废料,不仅实现了垃圾处理的环保目的,同时也降低胶结充填采矿技术的成本,实现以废治废和绿色充填的双赢。
