The invention relates to a cementing filler containing grate furnace waste incineration fly ash, which comprises a cementing material, iron tailings and a water reducing agent, and the mass ratio of the cementing material to the iron tailings to the water reducing agent is 1: 6: 0.005. The cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of slag, 30-60 parts of steel slag, 5-30 parts of grate furnace waste incineration fly ash and 10-20 parts of desulfurized gypsum. According to the cementing filler, high-toxicity grate furnace waste incinerationfly ash serves as a raw material, after reasonable proportioning, all the raw materials achieve a synergistic effect, and after long-term maintenance, the leaching concentration of various heavy metalions is lower than the underground III-class water quality standard; and the cementing filler can meet the compressive strength of a filling goaf, can be used as a mining filling material, and is a good substitute of cement.
本发明涉及一种含炉排炉垃圾焚烧飞灰的胶结填充料,包括胶凝材料、铁尾砂和减水剂,所述胶凝材料、铁尾砂和减水剂的质量比为1:6:0.005;所述胶凝材料按重量份数计包括以下原料:矿渣15‑25份,钢渣30‑60份,炉排炉垃圾焚烧飞灰5‑30份,脱硫石膏10‑20份。该胶结填充料以高毒性的炉排炉垃圾焚烧飞灰作为原料,经合理配比后,各原料协同增效,使其经长期养护后,多种重金属离子浸出浓度低于地下Ⅲ类水质标准;且该胶结填充料可满足充填采空区的抗压强度,可用于采矿充填料,是水泥的良好替代品。
