Plastic-coated steel fiber
The invention discloses a plastic-coated steel fiber. The plastic-coated steel fiber comprises an inner core and a plastic-coated layer, wherein the outer surface of the inner core is in a thread shape, and the two ends of the inner core are of hook-shaped structures; and the plastic-coated layer is attached to the outer surface of the inner core in a hot-pressing mode. Due to the fact that the plastic-coated layer is attached to the outer surface of the inner core in the hot-pressing mode, the characteristics of corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, static electricity resistance, aging resistance, good toughness, high tensile strength and the like are obtained; meanwhile, a gluing and arraying process is omitted, all the plastic-coated steel fibers are in bulk, and when the plastic-coated steel fibers are added into concrete, stirring and dispersing effect is good, dispersion is more uniform, and agglomeration is avoided; and the outer surface of the inner core ofthe plastic-coated steel fiber is in the thread shape, and the hooks are arranged at the two ends of the inner core, so the plastic-coated layer on the outer surface of the inner core is not prone tofalling off in the concrete stirring process or when concrete is impacted or pulled by external force.
本发明公开了一种覆塑钢纤维,包括内芯和覆塑层,内芯的外表面为螺纹状且其两端为钩状结构;覆塑层热压覆贴在内芯的外表面上。本发明由于覆塑层热压覆贴在内芯的外表面,具有防腐、抗酸碱、防静电、耐老化、韧性好、抗拉强度高等特点,同时省去了胶粘成排工艺,全部单根散装,在投放混凝土中搅拌分散效果好,分散更均匀,不会有成团现象发生;并且覆塑钢纤维内芯外表面为带螺纹状且两端带钩,在混凝土搅拌过程中或混凝土受到外力冲击或拉拨时,内芯外表面的覆塑层不易脱落。
