The steel ribs are located at four corners of the steel pipe concrete column core, the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic fabric is pasted to the outer sides of the steel ribs, and the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic fabric is pasted to the steel ribs and the steel pipe concrete column core so that an integral body is formed. Compared with a steel corner reinforcement method, the reinforcement method after steel pipe concrete column core destroying can well improve bearing and ductility of the steel pipe concrete column core.
