The invention relates to the technical field of passive houses, and particularly discloses an energy-saving thermal insulation building wall. The thermal insulation building wall comprises a heat insulation fireproof layer, a middle filling layer, a sound insulation layer and a supporting steel structure located in the middle filling layer, wherein the thermal insulation fireproof layer comprises,by weight, 100 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 10-40 parts of styrene, 0.5-3 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-5 parts of a curing agent, 1-5 parts of a surfactant, 15-40 parts of a flame retardant, 10-20 parts of thermal insulation cement gum and 8-15 parts of asbestos; the middle filling layer comprises, by weight, 22-25 parts of light ceramic, 25-30 parts of light concrete, 10-15 parts of expanded perlite, 8-14 parts of polyethylene, 10-15 parts of silicon carbide, 6-10 parts of alkali-resistant glass fibers, 8-10 parts of wood fibers, 8-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-5 parts of a binder, 2-2.5 parts of a dispersing agent and 2-5 parts of a stabilizer; and the sound insulation layer comprises a surface silencing layer, a reflecting layer and a sound insulation cotton layer. The building wall provided by the invention has the characteristics of thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation and light weight.
