The invention discloses common dry-mixed waterproof mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight; 120-200kg/t of cement, 50-70kg/t of rough sand, 500-700kg/t of fine sand, 150-300kg/t of coarse sand, and 0.5-1.0kg/t of a waterproof agent. The preparation process of the raw materials comprises the following steps: 1, raw material quality detection; 2, process formulametering; 3, ingredient mixing; 4, sampling detection; 5, packaging; and 6, warehousing and storing. According to the method, about 10-15% of fine sand is replaced with rough sand, the production cost is reduced, the resource utilization rate is increased, the sand mining difficulty of natural sand is relieved, the adverse effect of ecological balance destroying is reduced, waste residues are prevented from blocking a river channel, and the environment is better protected.
