The low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement is firstly selected to reduce the degradation of the waterproof performance of the film-forming polymer in the cement hydration process, then the active mineral admixtures are added, and part of the mineral admixtures with high reaction activity can be excited to participate in the hydration reaction together, so that the waterproof performance of the film-forming polymer is improved, and the waterproof performance of the film-forming polymer is improved. The residual unexcited admixture can be deposited in micro pores formed after cement is hydrated, so that external water vapor is prevented from invading; the film-forming polymer dry powder is modified, a silicon element and an ether group are introduced, the water resistance and hydrophobicity of the film-forming polymer dry powder are improved, vinyl versatate is added, and the alkali resistance of acrylate is enhanced by means of the steric hindrance effect of vinyl versatate. The waterproof dry-mixed mortar prepared by the invention has the advantages of strong water resistance, good impermeability, cracking resistance, stripping resistance and excellent performance, and has excellent application space in the field of building waterproofing.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体为一种防水干混砂浆及其生产工艺;本发明首先选用低碱度的硫铝酸盐水泥,降低水泥水化过程中对与成膜聚合物防水性能的劣化,其次本发明还添加了活性矿物掺合料,其中部分反应活性较高的矿物掺合料会被激发共同参与水化反应,剩余未被激发的掺合料则会沉积在水泥水化后的微小孔隙中,阻断外界水汽侵入;本发明还对成膜聚合物干粉进行了改性处理,引入硅元素与醚基,提升其耐水能力与疏水性本发明还添加了叔碳酸乙烯酯,利用其空间位阻效应,增强丙烯酸酯的耐碱能力。本发明制备的防水干混砂浆耐水能力强、抗渗性好,同时耐开裂,防剥落,具有出色的性能表现,在建筑防水领域有着出色的应用空间。
