The invention belongs to the field of urban traffic engineering, and particularly relates to a temporary rapid passing device suitable for an urban intersection, thereby improving the road passing capacity and reducing the vehicle delay time. The device comprises a bridge deck module, ramp modules, a lifting module, a temporary pavement module and a controller. The ramp modules are arranged on thetwo sides of the bridge deck module respectively, and the bridge deck module and the ramp modules are matched with each other and connected through hinges to form an upper-layer channel of the deviceto provide a rapid channel for straight-going vehicles; the lifting module is arranged at the lower part of the bridge deck module and is mainly used for opening or closing the device; the temporarypavement module is arranged at the lower parts of the bridge deck module and the ramp modules, fills a pit space after the rapid passing device is arranged in place to facilitate passing of ground vehicles; the controller is a PLC and is installed on the lower portion of the bridge deck module, and the controller is connected with the lifting module. The function similar to an overpass is achieved, the road traffic capacity can be greatly improved, and the signal lamp period is shortened.
