The invention discloses an asphalt collection, treatment and harmless utilization integrated device, and relates to the field of asphalt treatment. The integrated device comprises a main moving box body, wherein clamping grooves are symmetrically and horizontally formed in the two side edges of the main moving box body, driving wheels are uniformly arranged on the inner side edges of the clampinggrooves, an inserting fixing rod is inserted into the center position of each driving wheel, the outer side edges of the driving wheels are sleeved with moving crawler belts, and a recycling groove ishorizontally formed in one side edge of the main moving box body, overturning grooves are symmetrically and vertically formed in the two ends of the recycling groove, supporting overturning rods areinserted into the inner side edges of the overturning grooves, and shoveling inclined blocks are horizontally welded to the ends, which are away from the overturning grooves, of the supporting overturning rods. The device is integrated in design, simple in structure and convenient to operate, multiple functions are integrated, so that asphalt is collected and treated more quickly and efficiently,and meanwhile, the asphalt is collected more completely and thoroughly in a shoveling mode.
