The invention discloses cleaning and maintaining equipment for a concrete pavement. The equipment comprises a maintenance equipment shell; a working cavity is formed in the maintenance equipment shell; an advancing assembly is arranged in the working cavity; a horizontal bracket extending leftwards is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the right side of the working cavity; and a humidifying andfilm paving assembly is arranged in the working cavity. The humidifying and film paving assembly comprises a first transmission shaft rotationally connected to the inner wall of the rear side of theworking cavity, and a film rolling wheel fixedly arranged at the front end of the first transmission shaft. Before watering, film laying and maintenance, sandy soil on the surface of initially set concrete can be removed through suction of a sandy soil dust collector, so that the strength of the concrete after later continuous solidification is guaranteed; meanwhile, in the advancing process of the maintenance equipment shell, a curing film covers the surface of the concrete through a driving abutting wheel moving downwards in rotation; and during large-area concrete film laying curing, compared with a manual mode, the efficiency of film laying curing can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土路面的清洗养护设备，包括养护设备壳体，所述养护设备壳体内设有工作腔，所述工作腔内设有行进组件，所述工作腔右侧内壁固设有向左延伸的水平支架，所述工作腔内设有加湿铺膜组件，所述加湿铺膜组件包括转动连接于所述工作腔后侧内壁的第一传动轴、固设于所述第一传动轴前端的卷膜轮，本发明能在浇水铺膜养护前，通过沙土吸尘器的吸除，能够去除初凝后的混凝土表面的沙土，保障了混凝土后期的继续凝固后的强度；同时在养护设备壳体行进的过程中，通过向下移动的主动抵接轮，通过转动的主动抵接轮将养护膜覆盖到混凝土表面，在大面积混凝土铺膜养护时，相比较人工的方式能有效地有效地提高铺膜养护的效率。
