The invention discloses a road safety anti-collision guardrail, which comprises an impact module, a buffer module, a locking module, a connecting block, a shielding plate and a shielding plate connecting block, wherein the impact module comprises an impact frame, an upper conical plate, an impact column, a conical plate connecting plate and a lower conical plate, the impact column is fixedly connected to the middle of the impact frame, and the top end and the bottom end of the back of the impact column are fixedly connected with the upper conical plate and the lower conical plate respectively.According to the invention, the buffer module is arranged, when an automobile collides with the device, the inertia of the automobile can be buffered, so that the safety of a driver is protected, thestress borne by the device during impact is reduced, and thus the service life of the device is prolonged; and through the arrangement of the locking module, when the device is seriously impacted, the device can be clamped at the corresponding position, the situation that the automobile rebounds due to the elastic force of the pressure spring after being impacted is prevented, and thus the phenomenon of secondary impact generated when the automobile impacts the device is avoided.
