The invention discloses a road anti-collision safety guardrail which comprises a guardrail frame connected with a vehicle body and a multi-stage telescopic frame in sliding fit with the guardrail frame, the guardrail frame and the multi-stage telescopic frame are connected through a first driving assembly so as to be used for driving the multi-stage telescopic frame to stretch out and draw back relative to the guardrail frame, and the multi-stage telescopic frame can stretch out of a multi-stage frame body. A side supporting assembly is arranged on the side, facing the vehicle body, of each stage of frame body, the side supporting assemblies are located between the multi-stage telescopic frame and the ground and used for supporting the multi-stage telescopic frame, and by additionally arranging the side supporting assemblies, the anti-collision effect of the equipment can be improved through the counter-acting force of the ground; therefore, shaking and displacement of the guardrail can be reduced during vehicle collision, a warning road section can be fully protected, warning road sections with different lengths can be adapted by adjusting the lengths of the multi-stage telescopic frames, the anti-collision effect is improved, and people or objects in the road section to be warned are effectively protected.
