The invention discloses a steel hoop supporting structure used for a prefabricated pile foundation wharf. The steel hoop supporting structure comprises brace bar connecting plates, stiffening plates,sealing bottom plates, high-strength bolts and steel hoop bodies; as an integral mould, the steel hoop bodies are connected with a pile head of a pile foundation; the steel hoop bodies are connected by the high-strength bolts; the stiffening plates are evenly distributed longitudinally on side faces of the steel hoop bodies; the brace rod connecting plates are arranged transversely on the side faces of the steel hoop bodies respectively; and the sealing bottom plates are arranged on the steel hoop bodies respectively. The steel hoop supporting structure is improved on the basis of a common steel hoop, has a reasonable structure, light components and high practicability, gives considerations to both a temporary support function and a pile stabilization function, and reduces the cast-in-place workload; and meanwhile, the novel steel hoop is applied to the prefabricated pile foundation wharf, and thus, the inherent defects in construction technology of a traditional high-piled wharf can be overcome, integrated installation of a soffit formwork, a load-bearing supporting structure and a pile stabilization structure is realized, the use of on-site manual labor is reduced, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于装配式桩基码头的钢抱箍支撑结构,包括撑杆连接板、加劲板、封底板、高强螺栓、钢抱箍本体,钢抱箍本体作为整体模具与桩基的桩头连接,钢抱箍本体通过高强螺栓连接,所述加劲板纵向均匀分布在钢抱箍本体侧面,所述撑杆连接板横向设置在钢抱箍本体侧面,所述封底板设置在钢抱箍顶部。本发明在普通钢抱箍的基础上加以改进,结构合理、构件轻巧、实用性强,兼顾临时支撑和稳桩功能,减少了现浇工作量;同时新型钢抱箍应用在装配式桩基码头上能够克服传统高桩码头施工工艺中的固有缺陷,实现了底模板、承重支撑结构、稳桩结构的一体化安装,降低现场人工的使用,提高施工效率。
