Cast-in-place pile hole forming method
The invention provides a cast-in-place pile hole forming method. The cast-in-place pile hole forming method comprises the following steps that firstly, slurry for drilling a pile hole is prepared, andthe slurry is injected into a slurry pool for later use; and then a steel casing is buried, a drill rod of a drilling machine is inserted into the steel casing, and a grouting device is arranged on the inner wall of the top of the steel casing; then the slurry is led to the steel casing from the slurry pool, the slurry is injected into the steel casing from a gap between the steel casing and thedrill rod through the grouting device, and the drilling machine is started for drilling; in hole rotating construction, the slurry mixed with a cut soil body is pumped into the slurry pool from the drill rod, in the rotating process of the drill rod, the mixed slurry in the slurry pool is drained to the steel casing, the mixed slurry is injected into the steel casing from the gap between the steelcasing and the drill rod through the grouting device, and the step is executed circularly until the pile hole reaches the designed depth; and then hole cleaning operation is carried out on the pile hole to complete pile hole construction. Through the cast-in-place pile hole forming method, the hole collapse risk can be avoided, and the pile forming quality is improved.
本发明提供一种灌注桩桩孔成孔方法,包括:首先制备钻设桩孔用的泥浆,并将泥浆注入泥浆池中待用。然后埋设钢护筒,将钻机的钻杆插设在钢护筒中,并在钢护筒的顶部内壁设置注浆装置。接着将泥浆从泥浆池引至钢护筒,并通过注浆装置将泥浆从钢护筒与钻杆之间的空隙注入钢护筒中,开启钻机钻孔。在转孔施工中,将混合有切削下的土体的泥浆从钻杆抽至泥浆池中,在钻杆转动过程中,将泥浆池中的混合泥浆引流至钢护筒,并通过注浆装置将混合泥浆从钢护筒与钻杆之间的空隙注入钢护筒中,循环执行该步骤,直至所述桩孔达到设计深度。之后再对转孔进行清孔操作以完成桩孔施工。通过本发明提供的灌注桩桩孔成孔方法,能够避免塌孔风险,提高成桩质量。
