The invention belongs to the technical field of cast-in-situ bored pile construction, and particularly relates to a cast-in-situ pile hole forming device which comprises a hollow pipeline and further comprises a stabilizing assembly installed on the surface of the hollow pipeline. The stabilizing assembly comprises a sleeve A fixedly arranged on the surface of the hollow pipeline in a sleeving mode, a sleeve B arranged on the surface of the stabilizing assembly in a sliding sleeving mode and located on one side of the sleeve A, and hydraulic push rods A fixedly arranged between the sleeve A and the sleeve B and annularly distributed at equal intervals. When a hydraulic push rod A works to drive a sleeve B to move along the hollow pipeline, the sleeve B pushes a connecting rod A through a connecting rod B to drive a mounting plate to move to a proper position, the mounting plate is in contact with the ground, and then the mounting plate is connected with the ground through a grounding rod, so that the mounting stability of the hollow pipeline is improved in a multi-angle grounding mode; and follow-up operators are assisted to carry out pouring forming operation in the vertical shaft through the hollow pipeline.
