Underwater piling system and underwater piling method using same
The invention discloses an underwater piling system and an underwater piling method using the same. The underwater piling system comprises a pile hammer main body, a resistance resisting device and anair pumping device, wherein the resistance resisting device is arranged on the pile hammer main body in a sleeving manner; a gap is reserved between the inner wall of the resistance resisting deviceand the outer wall of the pile hammer main body to form a closed cavity; an air inlet is formed in the resistance resisting device; the air inlet is connected with the air pumping device through an air pumping pipeline; a water outlet is further formed in the resistance resisting device; and a one-way valve with an outlet facing the outer side of the resistance resisting device is mounted on the water outlet. According to the underwater piling system, the resistance resisting device is arranged, so that the resistance resisting device can resist water impact, and the pile hammer main body is prevented from deforming to affect the using effect; and the air pumping device can continuously pump air into the cavity to discharge accumulated water entering the cavity, so that the accumulated water in the pile hammer main body is further avoided, a dry and stable working environment can be kept in the pile hammer main body, the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, and the kinetic energy lossof a hammer core is avoided.
本发明一种水下打桩系统及使用该系统的水下打桩方法,水下打桩系统包括打桩锤主体、抗阻力装置和泵气装置;抗阻力装置套设在打桩锤主体上,且抗阻力装置的内壁与打桩锤主体的外壁之间留有间隙形成封闭的空腔;抗阻力装置开设有进气口,进气口通过泵气管道与泵气装置连接;抗阻力装置还开设有排水口,排水口上安装有出口朝向抗阻力装置外侧的单向阀。本发明通过设置抗阻力装置,使其能抵抗水的冲击,避免打桩锤主体变形,影响使用效果;泵气装置能持续给空腔内泵气,以排出进入到空腔内的积水,进一步避免了打桩锤主体内部积水,使得打桩锤主体内部可以保持一个干燥稳定的工作环境,极大的降低了维护成本、避免了锤芯的动能损耗。
