The automatic pool cleaning and purifying robot has the beneficial effects that 1, waster resource waste is reduced greatly; 2, a circulation path-free memory algorithm based on UWB positioning is provided, and time and energy consumption is minimized; 3, the robot can operate full-automatically after remembering a path, so that the manpower resource consumption is reduced; and 4, the robot can clean the pool bottom and pebbles at the same time, so that defects of existing devices are overcome.
