The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete foundation for a container module building and a mounting method thereof. The prefabricated concrete foundation comprises a prefabricated concrete block mounted at the bottom of a container module, a screw through hole is formed between the top and the bottom of the prefabricated concrete block, a bolt head groove is formed in the bottom of the screw through hole, an upper surface pre-buried annular steel plate and a lower surface pre-buried annular steel plate are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the upper end and the lower end of the screw through hole, in the prefabricated concrete block correspondingly, and a lifting ring is detachably mounted in the center of the top of the prefabricated concrete block. Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated concrete block capable of being stacked is adopted as the foundation of the container module, and the prefabricated concrete foundation for the container module building andthe mounting method thereof have the advantages of being high in standardization degree, good in stress performance, flexible in structural form and convenient to mount and dismount.
