The invention relates to the technical field of shear walls, and particularly discloses a concrete shear wall structure based on 3D printing. The concrete shear wall structure comprises a 3D concreteshear wall shell, wherein the shear wall shell comprises an outer wall body, an inner wall body and a side wall body. The concrete shear wall structure further comprises longitudinal tie bars locatedin the shear wall shell, transverse ribs are arranged at the positions, close to the outer wall and the inner wall, of the upper ends of the longitudinal tie bars side by side, vertical ribs are arranged on one side of each of the joints of the longitudinal tie bars and the transverse ribs, limiting sleeves are welded to the positions, corresponding to the vertical ribs, of one side face of each of the longitudinal tie bars, a plurality of reinforcing grooves are correspondingly formed in the inner side face of the outer wall and the outer side face of the inner wall, and reinforcing net plates are welded to the two ends of the longitudinal tie bars. The contact area between the 3D concrete shear wall shell and concrete is increased, the friction force between the 3D concrete shear wall shell and the concrete is increased, the shelling phenomenon is avoided, and the problem that when the concrete is poured, the concrete extrudes the outer wall body and the inner wall body, and consequently the 3D concrete shear wall shell expands or deforms is solved.
