The invention provides an integrated prefabricated wall plate verticality adjusting device in order to improve the installation efficiency of assembly type structural wall plate installation. In use,a self-adaptive verticality measuring device is firstly mounted on a support frame, an overall balancing weight and a suspension plate balancing weight can enable a suspension plate to freely rotate around a frame body rotating shaft and a suspension plate rotating shaft under the action of gravity, after stabilization is carried out, the suspension plate is kept perpendicular to the ground, the distance measuring direction of a first distance measuring sensor is kept horizontal, and the distance measuring direction of a second distance measuring sensor is obliquely arranged relative to the distance measuring direction of the first distance measuring sensor and forms an included angle alpha with the first distance measuring sensor. When the length of an adjustable inclined strut steel pipeis adjusted through the automatic verticality adjusting device to achieve verticality adjustment of a prefabricated wall plate, a worker can judge the verticality condition of the prefabricated wallplate by monitoring the distance x between the first distance measuring sensor and the prefabricated wall plate and the distance y between the second distance measuring sensor and the prefabricated wall plate; and when x is equal to y*cos alpha, the prefabricated wall plate is perpendicular to the ground.
