The invention provides a construction method for roof waterproofing repair. 1, grouting holes are drilled in a leakage point and around the leakage point, the grouting holes penetrate through a floorslab layer, and an angle between the grouting holes and a floor slab is less than 45 degrees; 2, the leakage position is adsorbed clean; 3, a grouting nozzle is buried in each grouting hole to performgrouting; 4,after 24 hours after grouting, after observation is performed to confirm that a roof has no leakage situation, the grouting nozzles exposed on lower surfaces of the floor slab are removed; and 5, finally, waterproofing treatment is performed on grouting points; a roof waterproofing repair structure is further provided, to be specific, the grouting holes penetrating through the floor slab are formed in the floor slab; the angle between the grouting holes and the floor slab is 45 degrees; a polyurethane and expanded polystyrene mixed solvent fills each of the grouting holes, peripheries of upper ends of the grouting holes and an air layer from between the floor slab and an insulation board; the bottom part of each grouting hole is provided with a waterproofing coating; the construction method realizes leakage repair of the roof without damaging an insulation layer and a surface layer of the roof, thus greatly reducing repair cost; and the construction method is economical and practical.
本发明提供一种屋面防水修补的施工方法,1在渗漏围钻灌浆孔,灌浆孔穿透楼板层,其角度与楼板夹角小于45度;2将渗漏处吸附干净;3灌浆孔中埋入注浆嘴,进行灌浆;4灌浆完毕24小时之后,观察屋面没有渗漏情况后,去掉楼板下表面露出来的注浆嘴;5)最后将注浆点做防水处理;还提供了屋面防水修补结构,具体为楼板中制有贯穿楼板的灌浆孔,灌浆孔角度与楼板夹角为45度;灌浆孔中以及灌浆孔上端周边至楼板与保温板之间的气层中均填充有聚氨酯和发泡胶混合溶剂;所述灌浆孔底部设有防水涂层,本发明不破坏屋面的保温层和面层实现对屋面的渗漏修复,节约大量修复投入,经济实用。
