Building Roof Waterproofing Method Using Waterproofing Materials for Roof Repair
The present invention relates to a waterproof repair method for a building roof using a waterproof paint for roof repair. More specifically, provided is a waterproof repair method for a building roof using a waterproof paint for roof repair, which can perform waterproofing construction by repairing a building in which a roof finishing material is installed for finishing and waterproofing. The waterproof repair method comprises: a preliminary preparation step of washing a roof finishing material installed in a building to remove foreign substances or dust; a waterproof layer forming step of forming a waterproof layer by applying a waterproof paint to the roof finishing material; and a finishing step of curing the waterproof layer. According to the waterproof repair method for a building roof using a waterproof paint for roof repair of the present invention, in the process of repairing the roof finishing material installed while covering the roof of a building such as apartments and the like for waterproofing construction, construction time can be greatly reduced and costs can be reduced by forming a waterproof layer without separating the roof finishing material from the roof of the building, and construction quality can be improved and the repair effect can be maintained for a long time by forming a uniform repair surface.
본 발명은 지붕 보수용 방수도료를 이용한 건물 지붕 방수 보수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 마감 및 방수를 위해 지붕마감재가 설치된 건축물을 보수하여 방수 시공하는 방법으로서, 상기 건축물에 설치된 지붕마감재들을 세척하여 이물질이나 분진을 제거하는 사전준비단계; 상기 지붕마감재에 방수도료를 도포하여 방수층을 형성시키는 방수층형성단계; 및 상기 방수층을 경화시키는 마감단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 지붕 보수용 방수도료를 이용한 건물 지붕 방수 보수 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명인 지붕 보수용 방수도료를 이용한 건물 지붕 방수 보수 공법에 따르면 아파트 등 건축물의 지붕을 덮으면서 설치되는 지붕마감재를 보수하여 방수 시공하는 과정에서, 지붕마감재를 건축물의 지붕에서 분리하지 않고 방수층을 형성시켜 시공시간을 대폭 단축시킬 수 있고 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 균일한 보수면을 형성시켜 시공품질을 향상시키고 보수 효과를 장기간 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
