The device comprises a left box body and a right box body, a left working cavity is formed in the left box body, a right working cavity is formed in the right box body, deceleration strip mechanisms are arranged in the left working cavity and the right working cavity, the left box body and the right box body are separated and are arranged along a road vertical axis, the deceleration strip mechanisms in the left and right working cavities can automatically cover a hinge group along with separation of the left and right box bodies, the pressure is transmitted to pressure sensing lines in corrugated pipes of hinge units and pressure sensors in hard pipes through pressure films in deceleration strip blocks; signals at different positions can be received at the same time, the wheel base and load information of passing vehicles is obtained, the device has good processing capacity on the situation that multiple vehicles pass at the same time, and the damage degree to the road surface is small. After the device is arranged on a road section for a period of time, the number information of the passing vehicles is obtained, and after use, the device is convenient to disassemble and can be repeatedly used.
