The invention discloses an escape device of a high-rise refuge layer. The device comprises an escape ladder, a lifting rope, a screen cloth, a hook lock and a track. The escape device may extend out of the refuge layer to be lifted by a rope when a fire occurs, and is used for cooperating with an unmanned aerial vehicle and a helicopter for rescue, when the fire occurs, a motor can be started to extend the escape ladder only by pressing a start switch, after the escape ladder is extended to the maximum position, it is possible to decide whether to open a downward rotating electromagnetic switch at the front end of the escape ladder according to a field rescue form, when walking to the end of the escape ladder, a trapped person can board a rescue device of the unmanned aerial vehicle or thehelicopter, and the trapped person can get on or take off an open cabin of a rotor rescue unmanned aerial vehicle when a downward rotating electromagnetic lock is unlocked, the device can solve the problem that the unmanned aerial vehicle and the helicopter are difficult to get close in the case of a high-rise fire, avoid the situation that the trapped person of the refuge layer cannot escape anywhere when the fire occurs, and increase a new fire rescue mode.
