The invention provides a micro-expansion grouting material for grouting with a mold. The micro-expansion grouting material for grouting with the mold is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 430-470 parts of cement, 57-63 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 57-63 parts of silica fume, 100-120 parts of fly ash, 90-110 parts of mineral powder, 162-178 parts of quartz sand, 34-38 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.6 part of an expanding agent, 0.2 part of cellulose, 0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 1 part of lithium chloride and 77.4-94 parts of water, wherein a mass ratio of thewater to the mixture of the cement and the sulphoaluminate cement is 0.18-0.2. By means of the micro-expansion grouting material for grouting with the mold, the expansion rate of the grouting material can be increased, lining disengagement is avoided, and tunnel safety is improved.
