Efficient anti-cracking multifunctional concrete mortar and preparation process thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of building materials, and particularly relates to efficient anti-cracking multifunctional concrete mortar and a preparation process thereof. A device for preparing the efficient anti-cracking multifunctional concrete mortar comprises a base, a pressurizing cylinder and a crushing cylinder, wherein a first cavity is formed in the base; amotor is fixedly arranged in and connected with the first cavity; a water pumping valve is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base; the end, located outside the first cavity, of an output shaft of the motor extends into an inner cavity of the water pumping valve; a first cam is fixedly connected to the end, located in the inner cavity of the water pumping valve, of the output shaft of the motor; a second cam is rotatably connected to the part, close to the first cam, of the inner cavity of the water pumping valve. According to the invention, waste rubber is impacted by water jet formed by strong pressure and is also impacted by sodium hydroxide and fine river sand contained in the water jet, so the waste rubber is crushed; the rubber particles are crushed by cooperatively usinga grinding disc; and finally, the modified rubber powder is added into the high-efficiency anti-cracking multifunctional concrete mortar, so the deformability of the mortar is improved.
