The invention discloses a pumping light aggregate concrete formula and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete preparation; the concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: cement, fine sand, coarse sand, lignocellulose, water, polyurethane emulsion, fly ash, sodium polyacrylate, sodium alginate modified attapulgite and a naphthalene sulfonate water reducing agent. The light aggregate concrete prepared by the method provided by the invention has excellent flexural strength and cylinder compressive strength, and at the same time, the viscosity of the concrete slurry is improved due to the synergistic promotion effect of the sodium alginate modified attapulgite and the polyurethane emulsion.
