The invention relates to a quick-setting, quick-hardening, super-early-strength and high-crack-resistance pavement patching material and a preparation method thereof. In weight parts, the material ismainly prepared from the following raw materials: 16-20 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 13-17 parts of Portland cement, 3-4 parts of a coagulation accelerator, 1-2 parts of fly ash, 1 to 2 parts of silica fume, 37 to 42 parts of graded river sand, 3.1 to 4.5 parts of a composite retarder, 0.01 to 0.02 part of an early strength agent, 0.2 to 0.3 part of a water reducing agent, 0.02 to 0.03 part ofan antifoaming agent, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a polymer adhesive and 17 to 19 parts of water, the total parts being 100 parts. The initial setting time of the material provided by the invention is 15-35 minutes, and the time requirements of different repair construction working conditions can be met; the early strength is high, the 3h breaking strength can reach 6.0 MPa or above at most, the strengthrequirement of rapid construction can be met, and the later strength is continuously increased; the material has remarkably improved toughness and compactness, the crack resistance of the material isremarkably enhanced, and the later maintenance cost is reduced. The problems that in the prior art, a repairing material is too fast in setting and hardening, low in strength and prone to cracking aresolved, and the material is suitable for emergency repairing of road engineering.
本发明涉及一种快凝快硬超早强高抗裂路面修补材料及其制备方法,按重量计份,主要由以下原料制成:硫铝酸盐水泥16~20份、硅酸盐水泥13~17份、促凝剂3~4份、粉煤灰1~2份、硅灰1~2份、级配河沙37~42份、复合缓凝剂3.1~4.5份、早强剂0.01~0.02份、减水剂0.2~0.3份、消泡剂0.02~0.03份、高分子黏合剂0.3~0.5份、水17~19份,总份数为100份。本发明所提供的材料初凝时间为15‑35分钟,能够满足不同修补施工工况的时间要求;早期强度高,3h抗折强度最高可达6.0MPa以上,能够满足快速通车的强度要求,且后期强度持续增长;该材料具有显著提高的韧性和密实度,材料抗裂能力显著增强,降低了后期维护成本。本发明解决了现有技术中修补材料凝结硬化过快、强度低、易开裂的问题,适用于道路工程的紧急修复。
