The invention discloses early-strength quick-hardening cement concrete for bridge deck pavement and a quick repair method thereof. The early-strength quick-hardening cement concrete for bridge deck pavement is prepared from ordinary Portland cement, quick-hardening Portland cement, waterborne polyurethane, a polycarboxylic acid type high-efficiency water reducing agent, coarse aggregate of 5-15 mm, river sand and water according to the mass ratio of 180: (120-270): 5: (38-57): 1090: 656: 190. According to the rapid repairing method, early-strength and rapid-hardening cement is mixed in advance to repair and fill the cement concrete bridge deck aiming at the diseases such as cracks, pit slots, cracks, plate breakage, local sinking or slab staggering, cracking and loosening, pit holes, slag falling or exposed bone and pitted surfaces of the cement concrete bridge deck, so that the purpose of rapidly repairing the bridge deck diseases is achieved. The early-strength and quick-hardening cement concrete has the characteristics of environmental protection, high early strength, short initial setting time, short construction period and simple process, and can generate remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits.
