The invention discloses a backfill material suitable for karst regions and a backfill method thereof. The backfill material comprises a first backfill material and a second backfill material. The first backfill material is prepared from the following raw materials in proportion: 20%-30% of gravel, 50%-60% of bentonite, 2%-4% of a water-permeable gelling agent, 2%-4% of a gypsum retarder and 15%-25% of water. The second backfill material is prepared from the following raw materials in proportion: 25%-35% of sandstone, 60%-70% of bentonite, and 15%-25% of water. The method comprises the steps that when karst caves exist in a karst region, grouting is conducted on heat exchange holes according to a layered grouting method, different backfill materials are adopted for backfilling during layered grouting, the second backfill material is adopted for backfilling in a karst-cave-free section, and the first backfill material is adopted for backfilling in a karst cave section. According to the method, after the gelling agent and the retarder are added into the karst cave section, the backfill material of the karst cave section is solidified, and the situation that the backfill material of the karst cave section is extruded towards the gap part after backfill is completed, and consequently the backfill material in the holes is unstable, and ground subsidence is caused is avoided.
本发明公开了一种适用于岩溶地区的回填材料及其回填方法,包括回填材料一和回填材料二,回填材料一包括以下比重的原料:砂石:20%‑30%、膨润土:50%‑60%、透水胶凝剂:2%‑4%、石膏缓凝剂:2%‑4%、水:15%‑25%;回填材料二包括以下比重的原料:砂石:25%‑35%、膨润土:60%‑70%、水:15%‑25%,该方法为:在岩溶地区遇溶洞时,按照分层注浆法对换热孔进行注浆,在分层注浆时采用不同的回填材料回填,在无溶洞段,采用回填材料二进行回填,在溶洞段,采用回填材料一进行回填。本发明在溶洞段,因加入了胶凝剂和缓凝剂后,使溶洞段的回填材料凝固起来,避免回填完后引起的溶洞段回填材料向空隙部分挤压,导致孔内回填材料不稳定引起地面下陷。
