Production method of polyphenyl granule cement reinforced composite wallboard
The invention discloses a production method of a polyphenyl granule cement reinforced composite wallboard, is used for production of a composite wallboard, belongs to the technical field of buildings,particularly relates to the technical field of production of composite wallboards, and aims at solving the defects that when a three-dimensional steel wire net is erected in a steel formwork for pouring, polystyrene foam particles can float on surface, and prepared polyphenyl particle cement reinforced composite board is uneven and not high in strength. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding water, a water reducing agent, cellulose and polyphenyl granules into a stirrer in parts by weight, starting the stirrer for stirring, uniformly mixing, then adding cement and fly ash, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain slurry; and (2) installing grid cloth in the steel formwork, then pouring the slurry obtained in the step (1) into the rigid formwork, repairing the surface, standing for 1-2 d, demolding, performing standard curing for 6-12 days, and obtaining the polyphenyl granule cement reinforced composite wallboard. The prepared wallboard is uniform, high in strength, low in production cost, high in toughness, capable of preventing cracks and light in weight.
本发明公开了一种聚苯颗粒水泥增强复合墙板生产方法,用于生产复合墙板,属于建筑技术领域,具体涉及复合墙板的生产技术领域,以解决将三维钢丝网架立在钢模板内浇注时,聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒会浮在表面,制备的聚苯颗粒水泥增强复合板不均匀,强度不高的缺陷,包括如下步骤:(1)按重量份数,向搅拌器内加入水、减水剂、纤维素,聚苯颗粒,开动搅拌机进行搅拌,混合均匀后再加入水泥,粉煤灰搅拌并混合均匀,得浆料;(2)将网格布安装在钢模板内,后将步骤(1)所得浆料浇注在刚模内,并对表面进行修理,静置1‑2d,脱模,标准养护6‑12天,成为聚苯颗粒水泥增强复合墙板。制备的墙板均匀、强度高,生产成本低,韧性高,防止裂缝发生,产品的重量轻。
