The invention relates to the field of polystyrene boards, and particularly discloses a non-combustible polyphenyl granule composite board and a preparation method thereof, and the non-combustible polyphenyl granule composite board comprises the following raw materials: water, cement, silica fume, modified flame-retardant polystyrene granules, styrene-acrylic emulsion, texanol, a foaming agent, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a composite filler. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly mixing and stirring the cement, the water, the silica fume and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer to prepare cement paste; step 2, uniformly stirring and mixing the modified flame-retardant polystyrene particles, texanol, styrene-acrylic emulsion and composite filler, and standing and curing to obtain polystyrene slurry; and 3, uniformly stirring and mixing the cement paste, the polystyrene slurry and the foaming agent, and carrying out compression molding to obtain the non-combustible polyphenyl granule composite board. The composite board prepared by the invention has excellent fire resistance, good fireproof grade, no cracking, pulverization and peeling phenomena after repeated temperature difference change, and excellent weather resistance.
