The invention discloses an underground road entrance and exit which comprises an overground road, an underground road, an entrance and exit and a slope and further comprises a lifting ramp for vehicles to run or get in and out of the underground road. A groove matched with the lifting ramp is formed in the slope; one end of the lifting ramp is hinged to the end, close to the slope, of the overground road; a lifting device used for lifting the lifting ramp is arranged at the bottom of the lifting ramp; the top of the lifting ramp is matched with the slope surface of the slope after the liftingramp descends; and the top of the lifting ramp is matched with the road surface of the overground road after the lifting ramp ascends.
