The invention discloses an underground road entrance and exit which comprises an overground road, an underground road, an entrance and exit and a slope and further comprises a lifting ramp for vehicles to run or get in and out of the underground road. A groove matched with the lifting ramp is formed in the slope; one end of the lifting ramp is hinged to the end, close to the slope, of the overground road; a lifting device used for lifting the lifting ramp is arranged at the bottom of the lifting ramp; the top of the lifting ramp is matched with the slope surface of the slope after the liftingramp descends; and the top of the lifting ramp is matched with the road surface of the overground road after the lifting ramp ascends. The underground road entrance and exit does not occupy ground resources, can relieve traffic jam, is controllable in underground road entrance and exit, labor-saving, high in safety, high in reliability and high in automation degree, is suitable for automatically controlling opening and closing of the underground road entrance and exit and relieving overground and underground traffic pressure, and is suitable for being used as the underground road entrance andexit.
